We just wanted to drop a note to thank you and everyone
involved in the redesign and installation of our new
bathroom.
We were impressed from the start – we thought the design
was excellent and made the most of the space we had, we
were kept informed of who and when everyone was arriving.
All the tradesmen were courteous and professional and even
cleaned up after themselves and nothing was too much
bother. The work carried out was to a high standard, which
is reflected, in the final result, which is fantastic.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters Brook
(or using them again when another bathroom needs redoing!)

We felt that we must put on record our total satisfaction
with not only our finished bathroom but also the way in
which the whole project was managed.
Knowing that our bathroom was always going to be difficult
it was with some trepidation that we started looking for
quotations; but as soon as we visited your Harlow premises
we felt confident that we were in good hands. An
appointment was made for Howard to visit to prepare an
estimate then over to Bishops Stortford showroom to find
Howard had done a brilliant job of designing and also
advising.
When work commenced we were delighted with the care and
consideration taken by Kelly and James with what was a
pretty mucky strip out. Similarly Jay did a grand job of
plastering and preparing for the tiles and electrics, not
easy with our dreadful walls.
Those electrics too caused a bit of a problem but Lee
overcame each difficulty with a cheeky ‘I think I can sort
it’.
Thanks again to Kelly for the excellent shower and sanitary
ware installations which are set off by some of the best
tiling anyone could wish for by Steve and Paul. The
finishing touch was the ceiling fitted beautifully by John.
Throughout the whole job, Alan organised and delivered
everything as required. He is one of those guys who it is a
real pleasure to meet.
Finally, our special thanks to you Paul for managing the
whole project, organising each stage with minimum delay and
keeping us informed throughout.
If asked to sum up your company in three words these would
be – CARE, CONSIDERATION & COURTESY.

We are writing to express how pleased we are with our new
bathroom, which you installed last month. From the moment
we walked into the showroom we felt comfortable. There was
no pressure, we felt very relaxed talking to you. You were
helpful discussing the options to create a bathroom to suit
our needs. Not only that, but your eye for design and
detail, such as suggesting the door re-hung to open the
other way, greatly enhanced the finished result.
Initially we were surprised at the estimated cost. However,
having seen the amount of effort entailed in stripping down
to the “bare bones”, then all the electrical and plumbing
work done before the fixtures and fittings can go in, we
realised the worth of the financial outlay.

carried out by your tradesmen. They were very reliable,

We have finally found a moment amidst the wedding planning,
to write to express our gratitude for the new bathroom we
have had fitted by your company.
Your tradesmen were very professional, and despite the
messy nature of the work, the upstairs was left clean and
tidy after every working day. All of your staff were hard
working and good-humoured. The tiler worked through the
weekend to complete the job, and the plumber sorted out
problems, which were not related to the new bathroom. When
we had a subsequent problem with our new toilet, your men
were back within a day to sort the problem out.
We are very happy with our new bathroom and would like you
